The Love Story ("we," "us") provides wedding officiant services in Ontario, Canada, through this website at thelovestory.ca. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you submit our inquiry form or Ceremony Builder, we collect the information you choose to provide: your names, email address, phone number, wedding date and venue, your ceremony selections, and the stories and details you share with us. Our forms are processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our email. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time.
The Ceremony Builder saves your in-progress answers only in your own browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you press send.
We use your information for one purpose: to plan, write, and deliver your ceremony, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. The personal stories you share with us are used solely to craft your ceremony.
Your inquiry arrives in our email and may be kept in our private planning files while we work together. Form processing (Formspree) and scheduling (Calendly) are third-party services with their own privacy policies. This website is hosted by GoDaddy.
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email psmith@thelovestory.ca and we will take care of it promptly.
